As I've written before, I've started building up my stamina in preparation for Fuji Rock.
After all, for me, an outdoor music festival is something completely out of the ordinary, a real adventure.

While I realize I need to be prepared, I also feel a sense of excitement at stepping into the unknown.
However, on my way back from the LASA STDIUM LIVE in Panasonic Stadium, I felt sick at the Expo Commemoration Park Station on the Osaka Monorail and had to flush the okonomiyaki I'd just eaten down the toilet.
That's because I'd gotten carried away and drunk too much beer and shochu.
At the festival, I'll definitely refrain from alcohol and aim for adult self-control to avoid getting too carried away.
So, today I'm off for another mountain hike to build up my stamina.
